The permanent exhibition at ZGMA is structured around five independently curated areas. Each room covers a clearly defined period and takes a regional perspective — through original objects, uniforms, documents and everyday items.

We deliberately avoid theatrics and pathos. Pieces are shown, contextualized, and explained historically — nothing more, nothing less. Walking through the bunker means walking through a century of German history.
